Dai Henley, who underwent several heart operations at the Wessex Cardiac Centre, has written his memoirs and a donation from each copy sold is to be given to Wessex Heartbeat.
The publishers describe his story as a humorous, inspiring account of what can be achieved with a positive mindset and a dogged determination. It’s written against the extraordinary changes in life-styles from the frugal 1950’s to the affluent New Millennium. It’s a roller-coaster ride of life’s ups and downs.
The book is now available on Amazon and Waterstone's websites and Waterstone's bookshop. We also have copies at the Heartbeat Education Centre reception, priced at £8.99. This price includes a £1 donation to Wessex Heartbeat.
