Fashion in the Forest AttendeesA charity evening of glamour and glitz at the Lyndhurst Park Hotel raised more than £1,100.

Elegant models sashayed along the catwalk during "Fashion in the Forest", which also included image consultants, beauty products, fashion accessories, makeovers, as well as a grand raffle. The evening of flair and finesse was staged by The Rotary Club of the New Forest. The two main organisers were Totton resident, Tim Richardson, the club's Community Services Chairman, and his wife Tina, who is the events co-ordinator for the Wessex Heartbeat charity.

Models showcased fashions by Sofikas of Lyndhurst and Phase Eight of Lymington, and Bridle Insurance Brokers of Lyndhurst sponsored the event. Proceeds from the evening went to Wessex Heartbeat and other Rotary Club charities.
