30 seconds on – 30 second rest between each exercise.

Complete this once through (takes 10 minutes), the fitter you are then you can do 2 (20 minutes) or 3 sets (30 minutes)! I do 3 sets now and then and that’s quite tough, you can even reduce your rest periods between exercises, if your like that!!

I have found many benefits from doing this, I don’t find the exercises repetitive or boring and find that I can do more reps in the 30 seconds as I get fitter. I now do these two times through three times a week, and on occasions when I’m feeling really motivated I do it three times.

I mostly hate the press ups and the mountain climbers, the rest I just dislike šŸ˜Š
