2022 Great South Run 5K

Saturday 15 October 2022 : 5K

This route is ideal for beginners or if you are looking for a personal best across a shorter route. Best of all, you can still raise money for our charity to help people living with cardiac conditions.  Why not encourage your family, friends, colleagues and/or fellow students to run with you.

Places cost £20.00 each and we ask you raise sponsorship of £200
