We’re thrilled to invite you to the South Downs Trail Run, starting from the iconic Goodwood Racecourse and weaving through the spectacular landscapes of the South Downs National Park. This 12km trail is a feast for the senses — quiet forest paths, dramatic hilltop views, and the raw beauty of untouched countryside.

From panoramic glimpses of the North Downs, Chichester Harbour, and even the Isle of Wight, this route offers a trail experience like no other.
