Take on one of the South’s most breath-taking trail challenges. We’re excited to welcome you to the South Downs Trail Run – 19km, starting from the iconic Goodwood Racecourse and cutting through the awe-inspiring landscapes of the South Downs National Park. This route is a perfect balance of challenge and beauty, taking you over rolling hills, through quiet forest tracks, and along one of the UK’s most scenic national trails.

Expect sweeping views of the South Downs, with distant glimpses of the North Downs, Chichester Harbour, and even the Isle of Wight on a clear day.
