Since COVID happened I have let my fitness slip. To help make that change I have invested in a home cross trainer and signed up to Step-tember to help raise money for Wessex Heart Beat. I hope that I can help make a difference to the hearts of others whilst making improvements to my own ❤️. I have set myself a target of 500,000 steps that's HALF A MILLION!! 😳 Between the 1st to 30th September. Cathy Thomson
