Heartbeat Hits the Seafront!

Over the bank holiday weekend, Heartbeat had a pitch at the EDABL #SeafrontSunday in beautiful St Peter Port — and what a day it was!
Our amazing Guernsey Liaison, Anna Malcolm, admits she wondered whether anyone would stop by… after all, we weren’t selling anything tasty! But wow, were we blown away by the support!
Locals and visitors alike came over to chat — many of whom had personally experienced the comfort and care of Heartbeat House. It was truly heart-warming to hear their stories and feel the community spirit in full force.
So many people took away info about our work and picked up a Guernsey Friends of Heartbeat pin or T-shirt to show their support — and wear it with pride!
As Anna beautifully put it:
“If we can just get the information out there, and it helps even one family who might need to stay at Heartbeat House… then we’re doing what we came to do.”
