Guests will indulge in a specially curated four-course dinner prepared by top celebrity chef James Tanner, known for his culinary expertise and creativity.  James will be supported by the Ascot Racecourse Hospitality team. “1711 by Ascot” delivers the finest food, beverages and service to nearly 300,00 racegoers every year during the highlight of the British summer season at Royal Ascot."

Guests will be serenaded with live piano performances, adding a touch of musical elegance to the atmosphere. For those intrigued by the venue's unique design, a guided tour of The Violin Factory will be available during the event.

Attendance at this exclusive gathering is strictly limited to 30 individuals, ensuring an intimate and immersive experience. Each individual place is priced at £350 per head, covering the cost of the exquisite dinner, paired wines, and entertainment. With the aim of also raising funds for Heartbeat.

The charity supports people diagnosed with congenital and cardiovascular diseases, primarily by supporting the work of the Wessex Cardiac Unit based at University Hospital Southampton, which raises funds to contribute to the prevention, rehabilitation, and cure of heart diseases.

Mark Ind, CEO of Heartbeat, said: “This is going to be an unmissable evening, a truly once-in-a life time experience. We would urge anyone who is interested to act swiftly to secure their spot, as we have only 30 spaces available and we don’t want anyone to miss out.”

Conveniently located just a short walk away from Waterloo Station, The Violin Factory offers easy accessibility for attendees. Additionally, Heartbeat has negotiated a special room rate of £180 per night at the nearby Park Plaza Hotel, providing a comfortable and convenient accommodation option for guests.
